We offer Free Standard UK Delivery on online orders (postcode exclusions apply). All furniture orders and bulky items will incur additional charges to the following regions: Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, British Isles or Channel Islands. Prices will vary depending on location. We do not deliver outside of the UK.
Premium Delivery
Let us do the hard work! For £99 our experienced 2 Man Delivery Team can deliver to a location of your choice, complete any assembly required and take away all packaging. Expected delivery for our premium service is within 7-10 Working Days. You will receive a call from your delivery driver 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you will know when to expect them.
Pre-ordered items
All estimated dates for pre-order items will be stated on the product page - please note that the date quoted is stock arrival into our warehouse.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the times and days you deliver?
Normal hours are Monday- Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm (arrangements can possibly be made outside of these hours).
Is it possible to receive my delivery at weekends?
Under normal circumstances no, but contact customer services if you have time specific requirements.
Can I specify a time for delivery?
Due to the high demand of our work, it’s very difficult to specify a time, however we do provide a 3 hour time slot.
What do I do if I want to place my order now but I'm not ready to accept delivery right away?
Once your order is placed, we will call you to arrange a suitable date for delivery with yourself.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
Yes, this isn’t a problem as long as we are notified well in advance this can be changed.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order, although we need you to notify us in good time so we can make arrangements for collection.
Do you deliver internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally.
