1. These Promotional Code Terms and Conditions apply to promotional codes for use on www.bramblecrest.com. Promotional codes are only redeemable on the Bramblecrest official website.

2. Each voucher code is subject to (a) the specific terms and conditions stated on the voucher code offer and (b) these general voucher code terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the former prevails.

3. Minimum spend, new customer status, and other restrictions may apply as conditions of use of the promotional code.

4. If a promotional code is specific to a particular item or groups of items, then that promotional code can only be redeemed against that item or group of items.

5. Certain products are excluded from promotional codes.

6. Any promotional code is only valid during the time range specified. Where a date is not given, there is no guarantee on the date of expiration for the promotional code and Bramblecrest reserves the right to expire such promotional codes at its sole discretion.

7. Unless otherwise specified:

(i) promotional codes cannot be used on existing and/or previously placed orders;

(ii) only one promotional code can be redeemed per order; and

(iii) promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, price reductions or product discounts

8. You will need to enter a promotional code in the basket area before checkout for it to apply.

9. If your order value exceeds the value of the promotional code, you must pay the balance by one of Bramblecrest's accepted forms of payment.

10. Promotional codes have no cash alternative and they are not transferable or assignable.

11. Promotional codes are subject to availability. Promotional codes may be withdrawn or amended by Bramblecrest without notice.

12. Bramblecrest reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or remove promotional codes should viruses, bugs, tampering, fraud or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Bramblecrest corrupt or hinder the administration, security or proper use of the promotional code. Promotional codes may be withdrawn or amended by Bramblecrest without notice.

13. Bramblecrest reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel any promotional code (i) which has resulted from any printing, production and/or distribution errors or (ii) where there have been errors in any aspect of the preparation of or distribution of materials for the promotional codes whether by Bramblecrest or its affiliates.

14. Postage and packing will be applied to each item in accordance with Bramblecrest's standard delivery rates and policies as applicable.

15. If you place an order using a promotional code and then return or cancel that order, the promotional code cannot be refunded or re-used.

16. Bramblecrest may, at its sole discretion, round prices up or down to the nearest pence where a promotional code creates a discount with 3 decimal places or more.

17. Bramblecrest's Terms of Use, Privacy and Cookies Policy and Terms & Conditions apply to all orders where promotional codes are used.

1. Prize draws are open to all residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over, except employees of Bramblecrest, its subsidiaries or affiliated entities and their immediate family members, or any other third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

2. All prize draws will state the exact opening date and time and the exact closing date and time and the prize draw will only be open for that period.

3. All prize draws on our website are free to enter, and no purchase is necessary, unless stated.

4. All Participants must submit their entries via https://www.bramblecrest.com and only one entry per person is permitted. Participants will be asked to submit their name, telephone number, address and e-mail address. This information will be used to notify the winner and deliver any prize. Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

6. A winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process.

7. Our decision is final, binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. A Winner will receive the prize detailed on the competition entry page (the “Prize”).

9. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non transferable and there is no cash or other alternative. We reserve the right to substitute a Prize of like value or higher value in the event that the awarded Prize is unavailable in circumstances beyond our control, or for any reason whatsoever.

10. Winners of the competition will be notified by e-mail or telephone using the details provided at entry by the date specified within the terms of the prize draw and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to us within 30 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

11. Competitions may be subject to additional rules from time to time. If so, these additional rules will be listed on the relevant competition entry page and form part of this agreement.

12. We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we may publish the surname and county of prize winners. In such circumstances we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

13. By registration on entry to the competition, Participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

14. We accept no responsibility or liability for loss to any person or property relating to the award of any Prize.

15. We reserve the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the the award of the Prize at its sole discretion without prior notice if the Prize cannot be delivered to the postal address indicated by the Winner and is returned to us, or where it otherwise becomes necessary to do so.

16. Should we cancel a win for the above reason or otherwise in our sole discretion no form of compensation will be offered to the Winner.

17. We will not be liable for any malfunction or event beyond our reasonable control which prevents entry to the competition or fulfilment of the prize. By participating in the competition Participants agree to this condition.

18. Insofar as is permitted by law, we will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused our negligence or that of our employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our privacy policy. See condition 12 regarding the announcement of the winners.

20. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
