Christmas Delivery Dates

The Bramblecrest offices will be closed from 22nd December – 2nd January.

The website will remain open, and all orders will be processed from the 3rd January onwards.

Please note final dates for delivery before Christmas*

For accessories, parasols and spare parts: Orders placed on or before Monday 19th December.

For furniture sets: Sorry, we cannot guarantee dispatch or delivery by Christmas. A member of the team will contact you to arrange an agreed delivery date.

Free standard delivery and courier service

• Accessory Items: Delivery within 3 - 5 Working Days
• Parasols & Bases - Delivery within 3 – 5 Working Days
• Furniture Sets - Delivery within  7 – 10 Working Days
• Glass & Ceramic Replacement Parts within 12 - 15 Working Days

We aim to deliver the goods you have ordered within the estimated timeframes, as displayed above. Standard delivery is free on all items delivered to mainland UK. There maybe some delivery restrictions to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands or Channel Islands. We do not deliver outside of the UK.

Premium delivery

Let us do the hard work! For £99 our experienced 2 Man Delivery Team can deliver to a location of your choice, complete any assembly required and take away all packaging. Expected delivery for our premium service is within 7-10 Working Days. You will receive a call from your delivery driver 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you will know when to expect them.

Pre-ordered items

All estimated dates for pre-order items will be stated on the product page - please note that the date quoted is stock arrival into our warehouse.
